The Ultimate Fighting Championship continues to build the card for its July 16th event in Atlantic City, and the latest bout will feature Joe Proctor taking on Justin Salas.

Proctor (9-2) got back on the winning track in February, by working his way to a decision win over Cristiano Marcello, after being decisioned by Ramsey Nijem in December, 2012.

Salas (12-5) is coming off a memorable, knockout win over Ben Wall earlier this month at UFC FN 40. Prior to that the lightweight was submitted by Thiago Tavares in November, 2013.

UFC FN 45 will be hosted by the Revel Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, and will feature Donald Cerrone taking on fellow lightweight contender Jim Miller.
