The Ultimate Fighting Championship has announced six more bouts for its first trip to Halifax, Nova Scotia, and not surprisingly, they will feature several Canadian fighters.

UFC FN 54 will be hosted by the Halifax Forum, and will feature Rory MacDonald taking on Tarec Saffiedine.

Canadian middleweight, and TUF Nations winner Elias Theodorou (9-0) will battle Brazil’s Bruno Santos (14-1). In addition, TUF Nations welterweight winner Canadian Chad Laprise (9-0), will face Florida’s Yosdenis Cedeno (10-3) at 155.

At bantamweight, Ontario’s Mitch Gagnon (11-2) will take on New Jersey’s Aljamain Sterling (10-0), and Quebec’s Olivier Aubin-Mercier (5-1) will square off with Kansas lightweight, Jake Lindsey (9-1).

In another lightweight scrap, PEI’s Jason Saggo (10-1) will meet Pennsylvania Paul Felder in his UFC debut (8-0).

And at welterweight, newly signed, British Columbia fighter Matt Dwyer (7-1) will face Russia’s Albert Tumenov (13-2).
