Less than 24 hours after he was 145 pounds, Diego Sanchez says he’s back to 170 plus as he prepares to fight Ricardo Lamas at UFC Fight Night 78.
Recently the veteran fighter, who is coming off a split decision win over lightweight Ross Pearson, posted the picture below on Instagram.
