UFC Nottingham Confirmed For September, Pickett vs. Jabouin, Ogle vs. Corassani Announced

The Ultimate Fighting Championship has confirmed it is returning to the United Kingdom on September 29th and will promote an event in Nottingham, England. The card will be hosted by the city’s Capital FM Arena.
In addition, the promotion has announced that the card will feature at least two British fighters, as London’s Brad Pickett (21-6) will take on Canadian Yves Jabouin (18-7), and Sunderland’s Andy Ogle (8-1) will fight fellow TUF veteran and Swedish fighter Akira Corassani (9-3).
“We are very excited to be going to Nottingham for the first time,” UFC Managing Director of International Business, Marshall Zelaznik was quoted saying in a press release from the promotion. “Some of the biggest names in British mixed martial arts are from Nottingham and the fans have been campaigning for us to bring a fight here for years. The U.K. fans are among the most passionate UFC supporters on Earth and this is going to be a special night.”
No other bouts have been confirmed for the UFC Nottingham card yet.
