Following Cub Swanson’s submission loss to fellow, featherweight contender Max Holloway at UFC on FOX 15, the rugged vet is reporting he’s been sidelined with two injuries.

Swanson was outscored by Holloway throughout their entertaining fight on Saturday, and in round three, the latter tapped him out with a guillotine choke. Afterwards, Swanson reported the following on Twitter:

Well a broken jaw and a broken right hand…just another day at the office lol. I love all my fans. Thanks for your support

Swanson–who is currently ranked #5 at 145– was coming off a submission loss to Frankie Edgar in November. The 31 year-old had won six straight prior to the defeats.
