The line-up for UFC on FOX 17 continues to grow, as the promotion has announced that Cole Miller will take on featherweight Jim Alers at the upcoming event. The December 19th card will be hosted by the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.

Miller (21-9) hasn’t competed since last December, when he lost via unanimous decision to contender Max Holloway. Prior to that “Magrinho” recorded consecutive wins over Sam Sicilia and Andy Ogle.

Alers (13-2) is also looking to get back on track, as he is coming off a stoppage loss to Chas Skelly in February. “The Beast” earned a split decision of Alan Omer before that.

UFC on FOX 17 will be headlined by a lightweight fight between champion Rafael dos Anjos and Donald Cerrone.
