Although Khabib Nurmagomedov’s initial opponent for UFC on FOX 19 recently dropped out, the promotion has been able to find a replacement on short notice.

Following the withdrawal of the injured Tony Ferguson from the April 16th card, the UFC has announced that Darrell Horcher has agreed to face Nurmagomedov.

Horcher (12-1) makes his way to the UFC riding a five fight winning streak. The 28 year-old went 2-1 with Bellator during his run with the Viacom owned promotion.

Nurmagomedov (22-0), meanwhile, hasn’t fought since April, 2014, when he decisioned now reigning lightweight champ Rafael dos Anjos.

UFC on FOX 19 will take place on Tampa, Florida, and will be headlined by a light-heavyweight bout between Rashad Evans and Glover Teixeira.
