UFC on FOX 19: Tony Ferguson Out, Rashad Evans – Glover Teixeira to Headline

UFC on FOX 19 has been dealt a big blow, as the promotion has announced that Tony Ferguson can no longer fight due to injury. As a result of his withdrawal, the light-heavyweight fight between Rashad Evans and Glover Teixeira will be the new headliner.
Ferguson was scheduled to fight lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov. The UFC is exploring options, in terms of whether Nurmagomedov will still compete.
Recently the surging lightweight tweeted out the following comments about his withdrawal.

UFC on FOX 19 will take place on April 16th in Tampa, Florida.
