Recently it was revealed that last weekend’s UFC on FOX 20 averaged over 2.4 million viewers (via overnight ratings), and now it’s been reported that the July 23rd card peaked with over 4.5 million watchers.

Saturday’s event featured former bantamweight champ Holly Holm taking on Valentina Shevchenko in the main event. According to a new report from MMA Fighting.com, the card peaked with 4,687,000 viewers during the final three rounds of the Holm – Shevchenko bout. The latter won the fight via unanimous decision.

The numbers make it the fifth most watched bout since FOX signed it’s deal with the UFC in 2011.

UFC on FOX 20 was hosted by Chicago’s United Center.
