UFC Rankings Update: Jorge Masvidal Jumps Into Top Five at 170

After recording an impressive and pivotal win over Donald Cerrone at UFC on FOX 23, Jorge Masvidal has jumped way up in the promotion’s welterweight rankings.
Prior to the event, Masvidal was ranked #12 at 170, but after stopping Cerrone in the second round, he’s moved to #5. Cerrone, meanwhile, dropped from #5 to #8.
Francis Ngannou also made a big move at heavyweight, as the rising fighter jumped up four spots into the #6 ranking, after taking out Andrei Arlovski. The latter slipped three positions and is now ranked #10.
UFC on FOX 23 took place in Denver, Colorado.
