By FCF Staff
Following the formal announcement of a class action lawsuit being brought against the Ultimate Fighting Championship, the promotion’s light-heavyweight Ryan Jimmo, has apparently called the pending legal battle a “game changer.”
The suit accuses the UFC of violating antitrust laws, and in turn, damaging a free market that could raise fighter incomes. On Tuesday, the following tweets were posted on Jimmo’s official Twitter feed.
Today is a game changer if your a fighter. Hopefully this improves the quality of life if you choose to fight as a profession

Jimmo is coming off a submission loss to Ovince St. Preux in June, after he knocked out Sean O’Connell in April. The 33 year-old fighter has gone 3-3 in the UFC to date.
