UFC veterans Andrei Arlovski and Luiz Cane picked up wins Friday, while competing in Belarus and Brazil respectively.

Arlovski (21-10) scored a second round, stoppage win over Andreas Kraniotakes while fighting at a Fight Nights card in Minsk. The former UFC champ was coming off a unanimous decision win over Mike Kyle in September, after losing by decision to Anthony Johnson at WSOF 2 in March.

The 34 year-old Arlovski has gone 4-1 now in his last five bouts.

For Kraniotakes (17-9-1) it was his second straight loss, as the heavyweight was stopped by Christian Colombo at an European MMA event card in September.

Cane (14-5), meanwhile, worked his way to a unanimous decision win over Fabio Silva (13-7) while competing on a Standout Fighting Tournament event in Sao Paulo.

The 32 year-old middleweight has won two straight now since exiting from the UFC last year. Cane went 4-5 during his run in the UFC.
