After going posting a 3-1 record in his first four, UFC bouts, lightweight Mairbek Taisumov is reporting he’s signed a new,  five fight deal with the promotion.

The 26 year-old, Chechen fighter arrived in the UFC last year, and since then he’s defeated Tae Hyun Bang, Marcin Bendel and most recently, Anthony Christodoulou.

Taisumov’s only defeat during that time came in Michel Prazeres, who decisioned him last March. “Beckan” announced his new deal via the tweet below:
