Mark Munoz has been booked for his next fight, as the veteran, middleweight contender will take on the rising Caio Magalhaes on February 28th.

The bout will be part of UFC 184, which will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The fight was announced on the latest “UFC Minute”.

The 36 year-old Munoz (13-5) will be looking to get back on track, after being KO’d by Lyoto Machida and then submitted by Gegard Mousasi in his last two outings. Prior to the defeats, the accomplished wrestler scored a unanimous decision win over Tim Boetsch.

Magalhaes (9-1) has been working his way up the UFC rankings since he was decisioned by Buddy Roberts in 2012, as the 26 year-old fighter has won four straight. Most recently “Hellboy” knocked out Trevor Smith at a UFC Fight Night card in November.

UFC 184 will feature middleweight champion Chris Weidman taking on Vitor Belfort in the main event, and it will also see bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey face Cat Zingano.
