Sean throws a left jab at Kim and Kim parries with his rear hand.

Kim continues to drop his parry hand while raising his right elbow high and striking downward with the tip of his elbow above Sean’s eye, Kim keeps his left hand against his forehead to guard against Sean’s possible elbow attempt.

Kim rotates to the right and throws a left hook elbow into the bridge of Sean’s nose while Kim’s changes his cover hand to guard with his right hand on his forehead.


Sean Rossiter is an AMC instructor. Kim Mason is an AMC fighter who currently holds the world amateur super-middleweight championship in kickboxing and is undefeated as a pro; Kim also fights for Shooto and UFCF and has wins in Shooto, UFCF, and SuperBrawl Pankration fights.
