Monday, September 4 — Today is the Labor Day holiday in the US, so we are scheduled to repeat the show of Tuesday, August 29. We spoke to investigative reporter Andrew Jennings, whose wonderful new book "The Great Olympic Swindle" details the ongoing corruption and scandals plaguing the "Olympic movement." We also spoke to Evan Tanner, who let us know what is happening with the USWF (Unified Shoot Wrestling Federation). And we began a series of reports about Pride 10, held on August 27, including several postfight interviews.

Tuesday, September 5Shonie Carter has just won a national championship at the USA Pankration Grand Nationals, and will also compete in Japan for the Pancrase middleweight championship on September 24. Today we talk to this very busy fighter. We also finally catch up with our postfight report and interviews from the WVF Cage Brawl.

Wednesday, September 6 — What are the fighting plans of Tom Erikson? He will fill us in himself today. Also, Chuck Williams is putting on the Upstate Grappling Classic this Sunday, September 10, in Rochester, NY, at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and he will tell us all about the final preparations.

Thursday, September 7Doug Fischer of Houseofboxing.com is in New Orleans for Roy Jones, Jr.’s light heavyweight title defense against Eric Harding this Saturday, September 9, and today Doug lets us know just what is going on there. We also continue our preview of the wrestling competition at the 2000 Olympics with two topnotch journalists, J.R. Ogden, sports editor of the Cedar Rapids Gazette, and Bryan Van Kley, editor of Wrestling International Newsmagazine (WIN).

Friday, September 8John Perretti, UFC matchmaker extraordinaire, joins us to preview UFC XXVII, to be held September 22 in New Orleans. The Queen of the UFC Paula Romero will be in the studio to help us give away some tickets to UFC XXVII. And Kipp Kollar, president of the North American Grappling Association. will also join us in the studio to preview the Rhode Island Vale Tudo 5, to be held Sept. 16 in Pawtucket, RI, and the Hawaiian Grappling Challenge, to be held Sept. 23 in Hawaii.
