UCC 4 SET TO ROCK SHERBROOKE!!!

UCC 4: RETURN OF THE SUPER STRIKERS,
SET TO ROCK SHERBROOKE ONCE AGAIN!

UCC Full Contact Logo
TRIPLE MAIN EVENT…THREE TITLE FIGHTS…ELEVEN EXPLOSIVE BATTLES!!!
Montreal (Canada) – The Universal Combat Challenge (UCC) warriors are ready to kick into high gear at the much anticipated UCC 4 : RETURN OF THE SUPER STRIKERSTM. Every fighter is training hard to make their next appearance in the Ring of FuryTM a memorable one.

WORLD MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: OUIMET vs. FONTINELLE
Quebec’s Donald Ouimet is convinced that his undefeated record will remain intact and that a KO victory will earn him the UCC World Middleweight title and international recognition. Ouimet is working with the best boxing and jiu-jitsu trainers in Quebec and is hungry for the gold! The champion, Claudionor Fontinelle is presently in Brazil anxious to return to the UCC and show canadian fight fans why they call him the DEMOLITION MAN. Fontinelle will return even more focussed and explosive than ever before.

CANADIAN MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: VIGNEAULT vs. ST-LOUIS
Ontario’s Bad Boy, Jason St-Louis feels more prepared than ever going into his first defence of the Canadian Middleweight title. He has been refining his already impressive skills and plans on being the champion for a long time to come. The #1 challenger, Steve Vigneault, is known as the LION HEART because of his aggressive fight style and huge heart. Vigneault holds the record for the quickest win in UCC history (15 seconds) and now he plans to strike his way through the Bad Boy and bring the belt back to Quebec.

CANADIAN LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: ARMBRUST vs. SILLS
UCC Canadian Light Heavyweight champion Jeromie Sills is looking forward to bringing more devastation to the Ring of FuryTM and defend his title hard earned against British Columbia native Gary Armbrust. Sills destroyed Marcus Soares BJJ and Kempo stylist Robin Moulton and KO’d Stephan Potvin to win the 4-man tournament and the belt at UCC 3. Armbrust is undefeated in MMA and Toughman competitions and simply says that he is flying across Canada to BANG!

UCC 4 undercard superfight MATYUSHENKO/VITALE off…
After several weeks of negotiations, the Universal Combat Challenge (UCC) had an agreement with the RAW TEAM to have Vladimir Matyushenko return to MMA competition after a long layoff. These plans have now been hampered by an apparent delay in the team receiving Matyushenko’s Visa from the U.S. Government. According to the RAW TEAM CEO, Lou Chipparelli, these papers are over three weeks late and have also prevented Matyushenko to participate in this year’s Abu Dhabi competition. The UCC was not informed of this ongoing visa situation prior to the bout being negotiated, agreed and announced nor does the UCC make a practice of negotiating with fighters who are unable to appear at our UCC events.

Also on the card, the return of former Canadian MW champion David "The Crow" Loiseau who will be looking to redeem himself against the North-American Kickboxing champion and UCC veteran Shawn Tompkins. Don’t miss the return of UCC stars Pain Peters, Barney Schisler, J.F. Bolduc, Ivan Mengivar, Dirk Waardenburg, Tadarius Thomas, Sylvain Martineau, Jeff Davis, Charles Nestor, J.T. McCarthy and the emergence of some new UCC stars such as Scott Clay, Yan Pellerin and the amateur sensation Yves Jabouin.

100% ACTION, 100% RESPECT, 100% ADRENALINE….. and 100% UCC!

Stephane Patry, President/CEO
Universal Combat Challenge
