Alvarez (right) will face Aoki at Bellator 66

Just over a week before Bellator heads to Cleveland’s I-X Center to host its 66th event, the promotion has announced several bouts that will take place on the night’s undercard.

The April 20th, Bellator 66 event will be headlined by a lightweight bout between former champion Eddie Alvarez and DREAM champ Shinya Aoki.

Some of the card’s preliminary bouts will include: local fighter Jessica Eye vs. Anita Rodriguez, light-heavyweight Attila Vegh vs. Dan Spohn, Finland light-heavyweight Marcus Vanttinen vs. John Hawk, Cleveland’s Frank Caraballo vs.Donny  Walker, lightweight Tyler Combs vs. veteran Jason Dent and Julian Lane vs. lightweight Joe Heiland.

The Bellator 66 main card will also feature Bruno Santos vs. Brian Rogers and Vyacheslav Vasilevsky vs. Maiquel Falcao in the middleweight tourney semifinals, plus Lloyd Woodard vs. Rick Hawn and Brent Weedman vs. Thiago Michel for spots in the Season 6 lightweight finals.

The night’s main card will be broadcast live on MTV 2 and the preliminary bouts will be streamed on Spike.com.
