Yuki Kondo Vs. Saulo Ribeiro
Kondo did great. At the very beginning of the match, Saulo tried to clinch Kondo. But Kondo delivered a roundhouse kick to him. He connected on Saulo’s temple with his knee. Saulo collapsed and Kondo gave a bunch of knees and punches. The Saulo’s cornermen put their arms into the ring to stop Kondo’s punches. Saulo was lying in his corner.
Kondo def. Ribeiro – KO

Genki Sudo Vs. Andre Pedeniras
As for the first 10 minutes, I do not like it. Genki showed to entertain spectators too much. I or we just want to see the attitude to win. The last 5 minutes Genki was trying to beat Andre. But it was too late.

Masato Vs. Melchor Menor

Suzuki Vs. Luciano Basile

Mario Sperry Vs. Kiromitsu Kanehara

Kiyoshi Tamura Vs. Jeremy Horn

Tamura def. Horn – Judges’ decision

Rickson Gracie Vs. Masakatsu Funaki
During the opening 10 minutes, Rickson was able to get Funaki in a clinch, but could not take him down. Similar Funaki vs. Guy Mezger in their match for the King of Pancrase title. Finally Rickson went to the ground and caught Fuanki in his guard. There was not much action at this point. Funaki stood and began to kick Rickson lying on his back like Sakuraba often does. But no kicks connected on Rickson. Rickson stood up again and clinched Funaki. Then Funaki’s hook scratched Rickson’s cheek but Rickson took him down and mounted easily. Rickson grabbed one of Funaki’s arms, wrapped it around his own (Funaki’s) neck and began to punch him in the face. Rickson then turned Fuanki and choked him out from his back. After Funaki was taken down by Rickson, he could do nothing. It was very hard to find out any efforts by Funaki to escape from side mount, mount or choke. Funaki was completely out when the match was stopped.
Gracie def. Funaki – Rear naked choke
