Following his victory last month, it looks like it hasn’t taken Johnny Walker long to schedule his next bout.

The light-heavyweight contender faced Paul Craig at UFC 283 in January, and stopped the feared submission artist in the first round. Now it’s being reported that Walker (20-7) will battle long-time contender, Anthony Smith, at the UFC’s May 13th card.

The fight, which will serve as the card’s headliner, was reported first by MMA Ideas. MMA Junkie has also confirmed the match-up with sources.

Smith (36-17), meanwhile, hasn’t fought since last July when he lost via TKO to Magomed Ankalaev. The former middleweight suffered an ankle injury in the bout.

Walker is currently ranked #7 in the UFC’s light-heavyweight division and Smith is ranked #5.

No location have been announced yet for the May 13th card.
