The Ultimate Fighting Championship is currently fighting an antitrust suit that’s been brought against the promotion by former fighters, and now Bellator has reportedly been dragged into the dispute.

According to a report from The Sporting News, the UFC has filed subpoenas, requesting that its lawyers be allowed to review fighter contracts from other organizations.

Bellator, however, has reportedly launched its own suit in an effort to prevent the UFC’s legal team from reviewing ‘confidential’ information. According to Bellator’s legal team “the subpoenas improperly seek trade secret and other sensitive information protected from disclosure; they are overbroad and unduly burdensome; and this information cannot be adequately protected by the litigants’ stipulated protective order.”

Bellator’s suit also reportedly notes that the promotion has already provided “in excess of two thousand pages of responsive documents”, in regards to the antitrust case.
