Report: Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather Booked For Aug. 26th

After months of speculation and talk about a boxing match between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather Jr., it’s being reported the fight has been signed, and will take place on August 26th.
Yahoo Sports’ Kevin Iole is reporting that a “well placed source” has informed the outlet the all-star bout will take place on that date, at either the T-Mobile Arena or MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas.
There has been no official announcement yet, however, regarding the long rumored bout.
Recently McGregor confirmed that he had come to terms with the UFC for a bout with Mayweather.
