The August 28th, UFC on Fox Sports 1 card will feature a fight between notable featherweights looking to get back on track, as Darren Elkins will reportedly take on Hatsu Hioki.

The fight was reported by ESPN.com first and MMA Junkie.com has also confirmed with sources that the fight is a go.

Hioki (26-6-2) will be looking to rebound from the tightly contested, split decision loss he suffered versus Clay Guida in January, which followed a UD defeat at the hands of Ricardo Lamas last June.

Prior to the losses the highly regarded Japanese vet had won six straight fights.

Elkins (16-3) had his title shot run set back recently at UFC on FOX 7, as the rugged wrestler was knocked out by Chad Mendes. Elkins had won five consecutive bouts prior to the loss.

UFC on FS1 2 will be hosted by the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis and will be broadcast on FOX Sports 1.

The card will be headlined by a welterweight tilt between Carlos Condit and Martin Kampmann.
