Report: Elias Theodorou Among Latest Fighters to be Cut by UFC

Following his loss to Derek Brunson earlier this month, it’s being reported that Elias Theodorou is among the latest fighters to be cut by the UFC.
The Canadian middleweight faced Brunson at UFC Ottawa, and lost the bout via unanimous decision. Although Theodorou (16-3) had won three straight bouts prior to the fight, Combate is reporting the middleweight’s been released by the UFC. MMA Junkie has also confirmed with a UFC official that Theodorou has been let go.
Wilson Reis, Marcelo Golm and Eric Shelton have also reportedly been released.
