By FCF Staff
It looks like Georges St-Pierre’s storied career is about to officially come to an end.
It’s being reported that the UFC’s former welterweight and middleweight champion is going to announce his retirement at a press conference in Montreal tomorrow. The news comes after months of speculation as to whether the 37-year-old St-Pierre would fight again.
In addition, recently St-Pierre tweeted out the comments below.
After all these years, we remain undefeated together.

After GSP defeated Michael Bisping in November, 2017, it was revealed that the star had been battling ulcerative colitis leading up to the bout. Not long after, the Canadian fighter vacated the 185 title.
In more recent months, St-Pierre had expressed an interest in fighting again, and challenging lightweight champ, Khabib Nurmagomedov. But, UFC President Dana White has repeatedly said the promotion wasn’t interested in making that match-up.
St-Pierre will hang-up the gloves having gone 26-2 in pro-bouts.
