Report: Holly Holm Signs Multi-Fight Contract Extension With UFC

Holly Holm

By FCF Staff

Holly Holm was catapulted into super stardom in November by taking out Ronda Rousey, and now the new bantamweight champ has reportedly signed a multi-fight, contract extension with the UFC.

The 34 year-old fighter knocked out Rousey in the second around at UFC 194 and in doing so, extended her MMA record to 10-0. Recently her manager Lenny Fresquez told ESPN.com the following:

“We have officially signed a multiyear extension with the UFC,” Fresquez said. “That’s all I can verify right now. We’ve signed an extension, and we’re very happy with the extension.”

No terms of the deal were disclosed by Fresquez. Holm’s next bout has yet to be confirmed, but the champion is expected to rematch Rousey at UFC 200 in July.
