It appears the upcoming, September 4th UFC on FS1 3 card has two significant additions, as according to reports, Yushin Okami will battle Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza and Glover Teixeira will fight Ryan Bader at the event. The card will be hosted by the Brazilian city Belo Horizonte. The bouts were first reported by the Brazilian publication Portal do Vale Tudo.

Teixeira (21-2) was supposed to fight the light-heavyweight Bader at UFC 160 last month, however, the latter was forced to withdraw due to injury. Teixeira went on to submit replacement James Te Huna with a first round, guillotine choke to record his fourth straight UFC win.

Bader (15-3) hasn’t fought since UFC on FOX 6 in January when he tapped out Vladimir Matyushenko with a guillotine choke, to rebound from the KO loss he suffered versus Lyoto Machida last August.

Souza (18-3) is coming off a successful Octagon debut, as the former Strikeforce champ choked out Chris Camozzi at UFC on FX 8 in May.

Okami (29-7), meanwhile, worked his way to a split decision win over Hector Lombard at UFC on FUEL TV 8 in March to record his third straight win.

The UFC has not made any announcement regarding the reported fights. The September 4th card will be broadcast on the Fox Sports 1 Network.
