By FCF Staff
After a bizarre incident, where Jason “Mayhem” Miller allegedly broke into a Mission Viejo church last month, the veteran MMA fighter has reportedly been charged with with one misdemeanor count of vandalism.
According to a report from TMZ, the 31 year-old Miller could face up to a year in jail if convicted. The UFC and Strikeforce vet is scheduled to appear in an Orange County court on November 21st.
Miller was arrested on August 13th after he was allegedly found naked and coherent in the aforementioned church. The building had apparently been sprayed with an fire extinguisher and various materials had been thrown over the floors.
Miller was released by the UFC earlier this summer after losing by unanimous decision to CB Dollaway at UFC 146 on May 26th. The loss was Miller’s second in a row, as at the TUF 14 Finale last December, he was stopped by Michael Bisping.
Miller announced shortly after the loss to Dollaway that his fighting career was likely done.
