Jon Jones appeared in an Albuquerque court on Tuesday, after receiving a felony charge of leaving the scene of an accident, and the UFC champ reportedly remains free to travel.

Jones turned himself into authorities on Monday, and posted $2,500 bail, before appearing in court on Tuesday. According to a report from The Albuquerque Journal, the presiding judge did not impose any travel restrictions on the fighter, who is currently scheduled to fight Anthony Johnson, in Las Vegas, on May 23rd.

Jones did not make a plea at the hearing.

The 27 year-old is accused of fleeing the scene of a car accident this pas weekend, which sent a pregnant woman to hospital with a broken arm. Jones is expected to meet with UFC officials on Tuesday, according to a report from MMA Fighting.com.
