It looks like Jose Aldo and Ricardo Lamas will fight for a second time, as a new report says the fighters have agreed to battle in December.

Lamas faced Aldo in 2014, during the latter’s first run as the UFC’s featherweight champ, and lost via decision. According to a new report from Combate, the contenders have agreed to fight again, and that the UFC is looking at booking the fight for either December 2nd or December 30th.

On the 2nd, UFC 218 will take place in Detroit, and on the 30th, UFC 219 will go down in Las Vegas.

Aldo’s second run as the 145 champ ended in June, when he was stopped by Max Holloway. Lamas, on the other hand, is coming off a TKO win over Jason Knight in July.
