Report: Nick Diaz Pleads Not Guilty to DUI Charges

Nick Diaz has reportedly plead not guilty to the driving under the influence charges that have been brought against him in California.
The UFC welterweight entered the please via his attorney on Thursday, according to a report from ESPN.com.
Diaz was charged with the offences stemming from incidents in September and last November.
The fighter is scheduled to fight Anderson Silva on January 31st, but UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta was quoted in the aforementioned report, stating he doesn’t believe the fight will be affected by Diaz’s legal troubles.
When Diaz returns to the Octagon, he’ll do so for the first time since March, 2013, when he was decisioned by Georges St. Pierre.
