After having his memorable and pivotal win over Jim Miller at UFC 159 overturned, Pat Healy will look to record his 30th pro win versus lightweight prospect Khabib Nurmagomedov on September 21st. UFC 165 is scheduled to take place on that date at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.

The Russian website Vale Tudo.ru is reporting the match-up and sources have told MMA Fighting.com that verbal agreements are in place for the fight.

Healy (29-16) choked Miller out at UFC 159 in April, but the fighter had the win removed from his record, and lost $130,000 in bonus money, after he tested positive for marijuana. The 30 year-old vet was also suspended for three months. Heading into the fight Healy had won six straight fights under the Strikeforce banner.

Nurmagomedov (20-0) has scored wins over Thiago Tavares, Gleison Tibau, Kamal Shalorus and most recently Abel Trujillo, since arriving in the UFC. Most recently, the 24 year-old, former sambo world champ relayed he was interested in fighting BJ Penn or TJ Grant next.

UFC 165 will be headlined by a light-heavyweight bout between champ Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson in the main event.
