It looks like the card for UFC 290 has received another addition, as it’s being reported that a fight between Sean Brady and Jack Della Maddalena is being planned for the event.

UFC 290 will take place on July 8th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, during the UFC’s International Fight Week.

Following an initial report on Twitter that Brady versus Maddalena is in the works, MMA Fighting has confirmed with sources that the welterweights have agreed to fight at UFC 290.

Brady (15-1) is looking to get back on track, as he was stopped by Belal Muhammad in October, which was his first, pro defeat. Brady had won five UFC bouts prior to the loss.

Della Maddalena (14-2), meanwhile, has gone 4-0 in official, UFC fights to date. Most recently, in February, he submitted Randy Brown.

UFC 290 will feature featherweight champ Alexander Volkanovski taking on Yair Rodriguez, and flyweight champ Brando Moreno versus Alexandre Pantoja.
