The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation recently overturned Jessica Eye’s split decision win over Sarah Kaufman at UFC 166 to a no decision, and according to a new report, a positive test for cannabinoids is the reason why.

Several days ago it was disclosed that Eye’s victory over Kaufman had been overturned due to a failed post-fight drug test, but no specific information regarding the alleged result had been announced.

Now, FOX Sports.com is reporting that documents from the commission indicate that Eye tested positive for cannabinoids, after Bloody Elbow.com reported that the bantamweight had tested positive for marijuana.

Eye received a “probated suspension” for her positive test, was fined $1,875, and is still scheduled to fight Alexis Davis at UFC 170 on February 22nd.

UFC 166 was hosted by Houston’s Toyota Center on October 19th, 2013.
