It’s being reported that light heavyweight prospects Jimmy Crute and Jamahal Hill, are going to cross paths in the Octagon.

Both fighters are coming off gruesome, TKO losses. Crute (12-2) had a two-fight winning streak halted in April, when he incurred an ankle/leg injury during his fight with Anthony Smith, and the bout was called off.

The 25-year-old has gone 4-2 in the UFC to date.

Hill (8-1), meanwhile, recorded his first MMA loss in June, when his arm was dislocated by Paul Craig and the fight was stopped.

The 30-year-old fighter is 2-1, with 1 no-contest so far in the UFC.

According to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, sources have informed him that Crute and Hill have agreed to fight at the UFC’s October 2nd card.

A location and venue have yet to be announced for the event.
