Leslie Smith has yet to be booked for her next UFC bout, but the bantamweight reportedly was involved in a street fight recently, after a man allegedly groped her friend.

According to a post on Cesar Gracie’s Facebook page, Smith and some friends were heading into a San Francisco club, when a male grabbed one of her companions from behind. Heather Clark, who is also on the UFC roster, was also with Smith.

Smith confronted the male, and according to the post, the male spat at the bantamweight and then took a swing. The Cesar Gracie trained fighter reportedly took the male down, and after landing strikes from above, he apologized for grabbing her friend. The Facebook post also says that Clark kicked the male during the incident.

Smith, who is recovering from a knee injury, also confirmed the incident with MMA Fighting.com. According to Smith, the authorities were never involved.

The 32 year-old Smith is coming off a TKO loss (due to a cut) to Jessica Eye in November.
