Paul Daley recorded his second win in a row last night in Montreal, Quebec, as the feared striker worked his way to a unanimous decision win over fellow UFC veteran Luigi Fioravanit at Ringside 12.

The victory comes just a few weeks removed from Daley’s (29-11-2) UD win over Jordan Radev at BAMMA 7 last month, following back-to-back losses to Nick Diaz and Tyron Woodley under the Strikeforce banner.

The defeat was Fioravanti’s (22-11) third straight, after the American Top Team fighter also recorded losses to Joe Doerksen and Andrei Semenov earlier this year.

Ringside 12 also saw Daron Cruickshank lay claim to the promotion’s vacant lightweight belt, as he scored a unanimous decision win over Tri Star fighter Mike Ricci.
