RIZIN is once again closing out its campaign with a New Year’s Eve show, and recently the Japanese promotion announced the card’s bout order.

RIZIN 45 will begin streaming here in North America on December 31st at around midnight and will be available via pay-per-view on FITE TV. The event will take place at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama.

The lengthy card will feature two title fights. Bantamweight champ Juan Archuleta will take on Kai Asuakra and former bantamweight champ Kyoji Horiguchi will battle Makoto Shinryu for the vacant flyweight title.
