RIZIN 50 Results: Naoki Inoue Narrowly Defends Bantamweight Title
By FCF Staff
RIZIN’s 50th card took place today in Kagawa, Japan, and by the end of the event, Naoki Inoue remained the bantamweight champion.
Inoue faced fellow veteran Yuki Motoya in the main event, who he submitted in their first bout back in 2020. This time around, however, Inoue was unable to finish Motoya, and the latter threatened with submissions and ground-and-pound strikes late. Following the fight, two judges scored the contest for Inoue, who was defending the bantamweight belt for the first time.
