The Ultimate Fighting Championship has announced that Kelvin Gastelum will be the next man to challenge Robert Whittaker, as he and the middleweight champ are going to coach opposite one another on TUF 28.

The upcoming season will feature male heavyweight and female featherweight fighters, and the show will begin airing on August 29th. Gastelum and Whittaker will fight after the show’s concluded later this year, at a date yet to be determined.

Whittaker (16-3) is coming off a split decision win over Yoel Romero last month at UFC 225. Gastelum (15-3), meanwhile, recorded a split decision win over “Jacare” Souza in his last bout, which took place in May.
