Ryan Bader has added another achievement to his resume, as the Bellator heavyweight champ has received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Recently, Bader shared the comments and images below, which document him receiving his black belt from Master Jair Lourenço Gurgel.

The 38-year-old is scheduled to fight Corey Anderson in a semi-final bout for Bellator’s light heavyweight grand prix, October 16th.

Bader (28-6) is coming off a decision win over Lyoto Machida in April, after being stopped by the current, light heavyweight champ, Vadim Nemkov in August, 2020.
