Fresh off”SFT 24: Cabecao vs. Jacare” this past Saturday, SFT MMA & Xtreme (Standout Fighting Tournament) is coming right backthis Saturday night in Sao Paulo, Brazil, .

Two of Brazil’s premier featherweights, Wellington “Predador” Prado (10-2-0, SFT: 4-1-0) and Bruno Viana (13-4-0, SFT: 1-1-0), will battle in the main event. The 23-year-old Prado, rated No. 2 in Brazil, has won four of his last five. His last fight was a loss by decision a year ago to 32-13-1 Marcos dos Santos. No. 6 ranked Viana, 30, is a dangerous opponent who is more than capable of pulling off an upset.

SFT 25: Predador vs. Viana will air on network television in Brazil in English and Portuguese, as well as stream in the United States and worldwide on pay per view via the FITE app and website (www.FITE.tv), starting at 9:45 p.m. ET / 6:45 p.m. PT, for only $14.99.

“Promoting two shows within 8 days is challenging,” SFT president David Hudson said, “but we have so many quality fighters who are hungry to get into the cage. ‘Predador’ is one of the top pound-for-pound fighters in Brazil but Viana will be a real test for him. The entire card is loaded with talent, entertaining fights, and a look to the future with some promising newcomers.”

The co-featured event matches solid lightweights Anderson “Buzica” Ferreira (143-0, SFT: 0-1-0) and Marcio “Gafanhoto” Santos (20-5-0, SFT: 0-0-0), the #3 rated lightweight in China, where he fought the past few years and became WLF W.A.R.S. champion. Brazil-native Santos will fight Ferreira for Brazilian bragging rights.

Isias “Carcaca” Simoes (7-2-0, SFT: 1-1-0) takes on fellow Brazilian bantamweight Bruno “Gafanhoto” Santos (8-1-0, SFT: 2-0-0), and Brazilian welterweights Cicero Evangelista and Raphael “Dengue” Silva throwdown in an SFT Xtreme fight. The popular, uniquely entertaining SFT Xtreme competition allows striking, kicking and knees, fighters wear 4-ounce gloves, and clinching and fighting on the mat is prohibited.

Semi-pros in action include welterweight Mathues Rocha vs. Nilton Gomes, and female strawweights Mayara Mota vs. Sarah Filipini.

Card subject to change.
