T.J. Dillashaw Posts Video Statement, Admits he “Messed Up”

T.J. Dillashaw had yet to publicly comment on the two year suspension he’s been given by USADA, for testing positive for EPO, but now the former UFC champ has posted a lengthy statement.
Dillashaw, who was flagged for EPO in tests connected to his January loss to Henry Cejudo, recently posted the video below on Instagram:
