Thiago Santos Reports Surgery on Both Knees Was Successful

Following his loss to Jon Jones earlier this month, in which Thiago Santos incurred injuries to both of his knees, the light-heavyweight contender’s reporting he’s under gone successful surgery.
The Brazilian fighter torn meniscus and ligaments in his left knee during the fight, and Santos also reportedly damaged meniscus in his right knee as well. Santos underwent surgery earlier in the year to repair meniscus in his right knee.
