Todd Duffee is returning to the Octagon for the first time in over two years, as the heavyweight’s been booked to fight Anthony Hamilton on December 6th.

The heavyweight scrap will be part of UFC 181, which will be hosted by the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The bout was reported first by ESPN.com and was subsequently retweeted by the UFC.

Duffee (8-2) hasn’t fought since December, 2012, when he stopped Philip De Fries at UFC 155. The powerful fighter was diagnosed with the rare nerve disorder, Parsonage Turner syndrome last year, but is ready to return.

Hamilton (13-3) is coming off a stoppage win over Ruan Potts in August, after he was tapped out by Alexey Oleinik in his UFC debut back in June.

UFC 181 will feature middleweight champ Chris Weidman taking on Vitor Belfort in the main event. The card will also see lightweight champ Anthony Pettis take on Gilbert Melendez.
