With the MMA world still buzzing about Wanderlei Silva’s highlight reel knockout of Brian Stann at UFC on FUEL TV 8 Saturday night, British middleweight Tom Watson took to Twitter to call out the legendary fighter.

Watson, who is coming off a second round stoppage of Stanislav Nedkov last month, called out Silva by saying:

Yo @wandfc, stay on your supplements at 205, or come back to 185 and get knocked the f–k out. You decide? Obrigado @ufc & @danawhite.

It remains to be seen if Silva responds to the middleweight’s warning, however, despite Watson’s accomplishments to date, one would think the UFC would look to match the former PRIDE champ up against a bigger name at this juncture.

The 36 year-old Silva (35-12-1), who has been through many memorable battles, acknowledged that his storied career is winding down.

Watson (16-5) is 4-1 in his last five bouts with his only loss during that stretch coming via unanimous decision to Brad Tavares. The man nicknamed “Kong” has also trained with Stann in the past.
