The British Association of Mixed Martial Arts has announced that it has signed TUF “Smashes” finalist Colin “Freakshow” Fletcher to a four fight deal. The 30 year-old fighter is expected to make his promotional debut on September 14th at BAMMA 13; however his opponent has not been determined yet.

Fletcher, who lost by unanimous decision to Norman Parke in the TUF “Smashes” finale last December, was quoted saying the press release:

“From the darkest recesses of your mind, that place you fear to go, is from where I return to BAMMA. For too long now, the Lightweights have been having too much fun while I’ve been away. It may be fun for you now, but I will become the stuff of nightmares for any opponent that stands in my way. The BAMMA Lightweight title is my mission & nothing will stop me. I am back to declare an new era of The Freakshow on BAMMA””

After losing to Parke, Fletcher was tapped to fight another TUF vet in Mike Ricci at UFC 158 in March, but also lost by UD and was released.

Fletcher has fought for BAMMA before and has scored wins over Jason Ball and David Round.
