Former “Ultimate Fighter” winner Tony Ferguson will face one of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s most experienced fighters next, as the promotion has announced today that the lightweight will fight Yves Edwards, December 3rd at the TUF 14 Finale.

Since knocking out Ramsey Nijem in the June finals of last season’s “Ultimate Fighter”, Ferguson has go on to stop veteran Aaron Riley at UFC 135 last month, who was unable to continue into the second round because of a broken jaw.

The 27 year-old-lightweight has won seven straight, official, bouts to extend his record to 12-2.

Edwards (41-17-1) recently got back on the winning track, as the “Thugjitsu” creator stopped Rafaello Oliveira at UFC Live 6 on October 1st, after being knocked out by Sam Stout at UFC 131 in June.

The 35 year-old Pride veteran is 4-1 in his last five fights.

The December 3rd, TUF 14 Finale will be hosted by The Pearl at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas, and will feature a middleweight bout between the current season’s coaches Michael Bisping and Jason “Mayhem” Miller.
