UFC 146: Junior dos Santos Stops Frank Mir to Retain Title

Junior dos Santos avenged the loss of his instructor Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira in dramatic fashion tonight in Las Vegas, as the UFC Heavyweight Champion stopped Frank Mir in the second round to defend his belt.

Dos Santos outscored Mir with strikes throughout much of the bout, before he floored the former champ with a right hand and finished the fight with a follow up strike.
