The Ultimate Fighting Championship returned to Calgary, Alberta today to begin promoting the company’s upcoming July 21^st card in the Canadian city.

As expected, the UFC 149 card will be headlined by a featherweight bout between champion Jose Aldo and challenger Erik Koch, and former light-heavyweight champ Mauricio “Shogun” Rua will take on Thiago Silva.

Director of UFC Canadian Operations Tom Wright also confirmed at today’s presser that Edmonton based fighter Ryan Jimmo will take on Australia’s Anthony Perosh at the July 21^st card.
